high speed cameras and motion analysis software systems, introduces the newest member of their high speed imaging systems, the Fastcam SA5. The
ground-breaking camera is based on Photron’s Emmy-award-winning high speed video camera technology and provides an unprecedented 7,500 frames
per second (fps) at mega pixel resolution (1,024 x 1,000). The new camera features a 12-bit monochrome (36-bit RGB color) sensor with twenty micron
square pixels, delivering superior color fidelity and dynamic range. The stand alone, one-piece system offers unmatched light sensitivity, ISO/ASA 6400 as tested against ISO 12232.
