A small cube with a lot inside - ASC presents new triaxial acceleration sensorClick for more information

ASC Advanced Sensors Calibration presents a new piezo-resistive sensor. The cube-shaped ASC 76C1 enables acceleration measurement in all three axes with an edge length of only 16 mm. The leading manufacturer of high quality acceleration sensors has adapted this sensor especially to the requirements of crash tests.
With a measurement range of 500-1000 g, in addition to its minute size and weight, the newest product made by the specialists from Ingolstadt is extremely suitable for all applications in which large acceleration forces occur. Examples of these are crash and comfort tests in vehicles and wing surface tests in aircraft. The sensor element used is provided with mechanical overload protection and therefore has extremely high shock resistance.
