Termination of Denton Acquisition by HgCapital
As you are well aware, on December 5, 2006, an agreement was reached under which
clients of HgCapital, a European Private Equity investor, intended the acquisition of the Denton Companies. As of Wednesday, June 13, 2007 all negations between the Denton
Companies and HgCapital regarding a potential acquisition of Denton have been terminated. The European Commission has been notified by HgCapital of their decision to
end their efforts toward the purchase of the Denton Companies. Since the purchase of ASTC and the establishment of Denton COE GmbH in Heidelberg, Germany, Denton as
undertaken strong efforts to improve the quality standards for all products and services.
