Conference AdaptiveSafety – Intelligent Occupant Safety for the Future

carhs gmbh (former EASi Engineering GmbH), specialist for CAE services, car2x-communication and the leading training provider in the area of vehicle safety and simulation, will organise the conference „AdaptiveSafety - Intelligent Occupant Safety for the Future“ in Hanau on 14 and 15 February 2007 for the first time. The 2-day event covers all central questions regarding adaptive protection systems, presenting requirements and solutions. The conference targets engineers and decision-makers of automotive manufacturers, developers and managers of suppliers of actuators (airbags, seat-belts, seats) and sensors as well as software specialists and development partners.
In November 2005 carhs gmbh (still under the name EASi Engineering GmbH) organised a symposium for the 25th airbag anniversary. The speakers of the event were unanimous in saying that the future for vehicle safety lies in adaptivity. Only those systems that can adapt to individual accident situations and involved passengers in a dynamic and intelligent way will be able to significantly improve today’s state-of-the art level of vehicle safety. The Conference AdaptiveSafety is the logical continuation of the symposium for the 25th airbag anniversary.
The presentations will treat the areas “basics and requirements”, “sensor technology”, “software”, “actuators” and “system solutions”.For more information and the complete conference programme please refer to
