measX Management Acquires National Instruments Subsidiary in Germany, measX GmbH & Co KG
Continues operations as a Select National Instruments Alliance Partner Program with independence to provide services in a manner best suited to
meet customer needs

National Instruments and measX announced, that the former NI subsidiary has been acquired by measX management. The new owners, who are all employees and employed 15 years or
longer with the company, ensure that system integration business will continue to operate successfully as it in recent years.
The acquisition gives measX the flexibility and independence to provide system integration services in a manner best suited to meet customer needs. Both, NI and measX are now able to focus on their core businesses.
Customers benefit from measX qualifications in designing and developing high-quality virtual instrumentation systems, test data management solutions, signal connectivity and signal
conditioning systems. measX has certified expertise with NI LabVIEW, DIAdem and other NI products and continues its close relationship with NI as one of its 13 worldwide Select Alliance
Partners. measX will also serve as the exclusive European distribution channel for the National Instruments DASYLab software.
