NAC announces the introduction of the ultra-long record time HSV-4000 high-speed-color video system
NAC announces the introduction of the ultra-long record time HSV-4000
high-speed-color video system. With record times of up to 10 minutes at 4000 pictures per second, the HSV-4000 is ideal for capturing high-speed events
where it is difficult to predict when the event may occur or where a high number of image samples are needed to chart movement. Automotive rollover tests, where it is necessary to record enough images to
capture an auto entering and going through a roll over event, is a typical application. The HSV-4000 records on inexpensive, readily available S-VHS and VHS tape cassettes and
recordings can be played back anywhere on a standard VCR. Images captured by the HSV-4000 may be easily converted to digital data for computer based motion analysis using NAC’s Movias Pro software. The
HSV-4000 will be available in the fourth quarter of 2002. For more information visit NAC’s website at www.nacinc.com
