HuDe announces new software for Static Deployment Tests
The next generation of HuDe Static Deployment Test Software uses CORBA technology. To operate with new Weinberger high speed video system VISARIO the test software was extended by a CORBA module. For static deployment test setup and process VISARIO cameras are fully integrated in the latest revision of HuDe SDT program by an optional extension module. Other available modules are climate chamber control, lighting and ventilation control and data export for customer specific format. All modules can be added to a basic package. The basic software for static deployment tests now controls up to 24 channels for ignition of air bags and belt pretensioners. In addition to transient data acquisition of all ignition pulses more channels are available for force, acceleration, temperature and pressure data. Necessary special signal amplifiers for piezoelectric, piezoresistive and strain gage signals are also fully integrated in test system control process.
