(1) P/N 880995-1260, Neck Molded Assembly (upper & lower plate hole size modified to accept new     cable bushings)
(1) P/N 880995-1270, Upper Neck Adjusting Bracket (hole modified for bushing)
(1) P/N 180-2005, H-III5F Lower Neck Bushing
(1) P/N 180-2004, H-III5F Upper Neck Bushing
